The Ginger Factory will burst into bloom with the very first ginger flowers and heliconias for the season, to be unveiled at the Ginger Flower & Food Festival.I will also be there for the three days of cooking demonstrations with local and the Ginger Factoy's finest produce.

Dominique will be book signing after each of her lunchtime demonstrations for the three days.
