“I love everything about food—the flavours, the tastes, the textures and the colours. Food is my palette, and with it I can paint words, feelings and places. It’s such a beautiful gift to create food harmony as naturally as I can.”

Food styling is the culmination of a life-long dream. Dominique began styling dishes for photoshoots whilst co-owner and executive chef at Mondo Organics. Her food has been featured in many of Australia’s print and television media, including Great South East, Ready Steady Cook, Food Lovers’ Guide to Australia, Lifestyle Food, 9am with David and Kim, Gourmet Traveller, Diane Magazine, The Masters of Cuisine, Everyday Health, Brisbane News, The Courier Mail, and also for clients such as HACO Swiss, Red Candy, Publicis Mojo, Subway, Meat and Livestock Australia, and Wok Me Noodle Bar.
